If Lex Systems™ does not design The Count™ to function according to the specifications upon which we agree, your firm owes Lex Systems™ nothing.

If we successfully meet your specifications, but your firm does not benefit by an amount greater than the license fees upon which we agree, your firm still owes Lex Systems™ nothing.
